We’re seeking a Sr. Paid Media Manager to lead and scale Conductor’s paid acquisition and growth programs. This role will own strategy and execution across key performance channels, including paid search, paid social, influencer partnerships, affiliate and partner co-marketing, and sponsored media, to drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, partnerships, and demand generation, translating strategic growth opportunities into programs that expand Conductor’s reach and accelerate demand. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong partnership and campaign execution skills and has experience managing multiple growth channels in a B2B SaaS environment.
