Develop, plan, analyze, design, test, implement and maintain hospital and/or outpatient imaging applications including those in radiology, cardiology, 3D lab and other areas of the medical system. Coordinates technical related activities for image storing, imaging solutions, and DICOM sending. This includes but is not limited to Radiology/Cardiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication system), 3D post imaging processing software, dictation & voice recognition, and DICOM routing. This position works collaboratively with medical imaging, clinical engineering, information technology (IT), IT security, vendors, and end users to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to patients. Participate in the coordination of existing and future PACS and other digital imaging initiatives.
