About The Position
The Operational Analyst is an entry‑level role responsible for supporting daily technology operations within the Bank’s production environment. This role combines computer operations, first‑level help desk triage, and IT documentation maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a structured environment with established processes. Qualified individuals will have a basic understanding of computer systems, networks and common business applications as well as the ability to learn banking systems, security requirements and operational processes. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured procedures, clear communications skills and a customer service mindset are required.
