Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Proven success leading leaders in a high-volume, multi-shift environment.
Strong experience driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and employee engagement.
Excellent analytical, communication, and people leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with JD Edwards, Labor Management Systems (LMS), or warehouse automation technologies.
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification/experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse and distribution operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.
Develop and coach managers and supervisors, building a strong leadership pipeline and engaged workforce.
