About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Orchestration Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise workflow automation solutions using modern orchestration platforms. This role involves developing API-based integrations across various SaaS applications, replacing manual processes with scalable event-driven workflows, and working directly with business stakeholders to analyze processes and implement automation solutions. The engineer will build custom automation logic, develop browser-based automations when APIs are unavailable, and rapidly prototype, test, and deploy solutions in an agile environment. Additionally, the role includes establishing governance, version control, and release management practices, creating reusable automation templates and integration frameworks, and training business users on automation best practices. Collaboration with security, IT, and enterprise architecture teams is essential to ensure scalable and compliant solutions, while supporting multiple automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workflow automation.
Strong hands-on experience building API integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms.
Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, and integration patterns.
Experience with workflow orchestration or automation platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience delivering automation projects in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
