About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Orchestration Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise workflow automation solutions. This role involves developing API-based integrations across various SaaS applications, replacing manual processes with scalable event-driven workflows, and working directly with business stakeholders to analyze processes and implement automation solutions. The engineer will build custom automation logic using Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, and develop browser-based automations using RPA tools when APIs are unavailable. The position requires rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment in an agile environment, establishing governance, version control, and release management practices, and creating reusable automation templates and integration frameworks. Additionally, the role involves training business users on automation best practices and partnering with security, IT, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions, while supporting multiple automation initiatives and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workflow automation.
Strong hands-on experience building API integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms.
Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, and integration patterns.
Experience with workflow orchestration or automation platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience delivering automation projects in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
