About The Position

This key leadership role will oversee production planning, scheduling, workflow, logistics, installations, labor efficiency, and operational performance while working closely with Production, Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Executive Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with production planning, KPIs, process improvement, and cost reduction
• Multi-location operations experience
• Printing, graphics, signage, or related industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across both locations
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity, workflow, logistics, and installations to meet key deadlines.
• Improve labor efficiency, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
• Monitor operational KPIs, equipment utilization, waste, and labor
• Identify problems early and implement practical, lasting solutions
• Help drive a consistent, accountable, and scalable operating environment
