JEWELRY/SR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
About The Position
Responsible for all of the Division Operational Plans. Direct and supervise actives of the following teams: Asset Protection, Operations team, and direct and supervise activities of the District Sales managers. Champion and lead strategic change to improve effeciencies and partner with corporate leaders to create a distinct competitive advantage and enhance the company's position in jewelry retail. Identify areas that will enhance the customers shopping experience while demonstrating the companies core vales of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Make recommendations to Vice President of Fred Meyer Jewelers and lead implementation of projects as product managers for all operational systems. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Requirements
- Experience in directing and supervising teams (Asset Protection, Operations, District Sales Managers).
- Experience in leading strategic change and improving efficiencies.
- Experience in partnering with corporate leaders.
- Experience in identifying areas to enhance customer shopping experience.
- Experience in demonstrating company core values.
- Experience in making recommendations to Vice President level.
- Experience in leading project implementation as product managers for operational systems.
