As the Sr NOC Training & Standards Program Manager, you’ll lead the development and management of training programs that ensure Network Operations Control (NOC) and Dispatch Employees are fully trained, qualified, and supported to perform their roles safely and effectively. You’ll oversee Dispatcher training and standards programs in alignment with FAA regulations and Southwest policies, develop and maintain training curricula and manuals, and support qualification management across the operation. Working closely with Dispatch Leaders and operational teams, you’ll answer questions from the floor, provide day‑to‑day guidance, and occasionally instruct training sessions ranging from one‑on‑one support to classroom settings. Through strong collaboration, clear standards, and effective training, you’ll directly support safe, compliant, and efficient airline operations within the NOC. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
