Position Summary The Network Lead shall oversee the design, administration, optimization, security, and sustainment of enterprise network infrastructure supporting mission operations across multiple facilities and environments for a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of network engineering experience.
  • Experience with network security technologies and monitoring tools.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Army enterprise networks.
  • Active Secret clearance required

Nice To Haves

  • CCNP or higher certification.
  • Experience supporting classified networks.
  • TS/SCI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead network engineering and operations activities.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Oversee routing, switching, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network monitoring systems.
  • Ensure high availability and secure network operations.
  • Support network modernization and optimization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and performance issues.
  • Develop network diagrams, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate network security compliance and vulnerability remediation.
  • Support classified and unclassified network operations.
