Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering within large-scale, high-availability enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching technologies, wireless networking, and network security.
Experience supporting business-critical infrastructure requiring high reliability, redundancy, and operational continuity.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex network performance and connectivity issues.

Nice To Haves

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Experience designing and supporting networks for complex, multi-site operational facilities or other environments requiring continuous (24x7) service availability.
Familiarity with integrating enterprise IT infrastructure with operational technology (OT) systems and secure communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
Configure and manage routing, switching, firewalls, and network security solutions.
Perform network capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure high availability and scalability.
Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, topology diagrams, and technical standards.
Support IP telephony, unified communications, and other business-critical operational technology (OT) systems.
Conduct network testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting during deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for critical infrastructure.
