Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage user access and permissions to IT systems and applications
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and regulations
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deploy and upgrade systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Monitor system performance and optimize resources for efficiency
- Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users
