The Sr. National Tournament Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our national portfolio of charity and fundraising golf tournaments. This role is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new tournament partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and association segments. They will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-year agreements—and help organizations elevate their golf events through our platform/services across our venue nationwide. This position will involve contacting and building relationships with key decision makers, tournament organizers and sponsors to secure counter-signed event agreements and manage all contract negotiations. The candidate will be required to support and work with executives and users across the entire organization as this is a highly visible and complex role. The National Tournament Sales Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of National Events & Programs to receive guidance and feedback, as well as daily interaction with Event Sales Associates from the field. This role will be fully remote and will be a member of the Corporate Sales team and Dallas Office.
