This role is responsible for developing a competent workforce through hands-on training, providing constructive feedback, and offering growth opportunities. The supervisor will train employees on daily processes and procedures, conduct farm audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and facility condition, and maintain accurate records for animals, personnel, and supplies. The position also involves ensuring the health and safety of employees and animals, submitting detailed reports, tracking feed and ration staging, and managing controllable costs such as supplies, labor, and medication. This role does not have hire/fire authority.
