We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all DXT initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney! About The Role & Team Reporting to the Director of User Experience Design, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for architecting high-conversion, guest-centric transactional ecosystems across our domestic and international digital storefronts. You will partner with cross-functional leadership in Product and Technology to optimize complex commerce funnels and booking engines, ensuring that every digital touchpoint—from discovery to checkout—is both frictionless and magically immersive. As a seasoned design leader, you will drive a data-informed design culture, leveraging user insights and performance metrics to innovate and scale our global E-commerce platforms. You will orchestrate teams of designers to deliver exceptionally crafted, secure, and scalable transactional experiences across all screens.
