Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
8-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, or process excellence.
Strong financial, analytical, communications, and business acumen with demonstrated impact on cost, inventory, and service.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Business Process Owner.
Advanced SAP and analytics tool experience.
Knowledge of operations execution and supplier management.

Responsibilities

Owns supplier and co-packing site performance frameworks including service, quality, cycle time, cost, and compliance.
Establishes governance routines such as scorecards, corrective action processes, and quarterly business reviews.
Partners with Procurement, Quality, and Operations to manage performance risk and drive improvement.
Oversee strategic vendor and packaging network relationships, capacity strategy, and long-term cost optimizsation initiatives.
Serves as Business Process Owner for end-to-end Trade Customization processes.
Leads cross-functional process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, cycle time reduction, and standardization.
Owns Trade Customization dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks.
Sets analytics priorities and ensures insights support decision-making.
Acts as subject matter expert for Trade Customization performance and governance.
Provides insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Partners with IT and Analytics teams to enhance automation and data quality.
Leads and develops a small team focused on supplier performance and analytics.
Drives capability building, role clarity, and development planning.
