This role works closely with merchandising leadership, product teams, SEO, navigation, and digital execution partners to prioritize and implement initiatives that enhance discoverability, content quality, and purchase path performance. The Sr Manager oversees complex programs spanning multiple product categories and ensures initiatives are executed consistently across teams supporting the assigned merchandising divisions. The Sr Manager leads a team responsible for generating insights, prioritizing opportunities, and driving cross-functional execution plans that improve customer experience and online revenue performance across assigned business areas ($800M – $3.5B annually).
