If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity: Who we’re looking for A Senior Manager, Commercial Security and M&A to lead both the commercial security program in support of Rogers Enterprise Business, and the Cyber Security M&A program Enterprise-wide. This role reports to the Director, Cyber Security GRC within Cyber Security. This role leads commercial security support for Rogers Enterprise customers across pre-sales, post-sales, product security, compliance, and assurance activities. It also leads Cyber Security support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations by helping assess cyber risk, identify security requirements, support due diligence, and guide remediation planning. The role requires strong knowledge of cyber security technologies, compliance frameworks, and practical business needs to provide clear guidance to Enterprise Business leaders, Account Executives, deal teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Management, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of broad information security experience in complex technology environments, including security advisory, consulting, audit, compliance, or assurance.
  • Direct experience designing, managing, or supporting third-party assurance programs.
  • Experience supporting cyber security due diligence, integration planning, risk assessment, or remediation activities for mergers, acquisitions.
  • Working knowledge of cyber security and privacy industry frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex security, compliance, and audit topics into clear business guidance and executive-ready summaries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Cyber Security, Enterprise Business, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar cyber security, risk, audit, or assurance certifications are assets.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications, media, or enterprise technology industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead security, compliance, and assurance program, including support for Rogers Business Vendor Governance in matters related to Enterprise customer-facing controls, obligations, and reporting.
  • Design, manage, and continuously improve the Commercial Security Program and the M&A programs.
  • Support secure and compliant Enterprise Business product development and sales by contributing security requirements, non-compliance criteria, and reporting expectations in alignment with Rogers Information Security Standards and policies.
  • Lead Cyber Security support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations, including due diligence, risk assessment, security requirements, and remediation planning.
  • Lead Enterprise pre-sales and post-sales support, including reusable security and compliance language, RFx responses, Enterprise customer questions, and Rogers Business Account Executive enablement.
  • Manage Enterprise customer audit requests within agreed contractual obligations and support remediation of third-party assurance deficiencies and audit findings.
  • Improve the Enterprise customer security and compliance experience through simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of risk and audit processes.
  • Deliver operational and strategic reporting for Cyber Security leadership.
