Position Summary The Business Execution program manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of high priority PA System initiatives. This role ensures the program advances cohesively and transparently across all business and technology tracks, with strong execution discipline. The Business Execution program manager is accountable for ensuring the program is executed in alignment with the approved charter, roadmap, and governance model, and for maintaining a single, integrated view of the program across business, technology, and operations. A successful Business Execution program manager for the high priority PA System initiatives creates clarity, predictability, and follow-through, ensuring the program executes as a coordinated whole; risks are managed deliberately, and leadership has confidence in delivery.

Requirements

7+ years experience in product and/or project management
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required
