Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead analytics for our Weight Management initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, guiding data strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes in support of our clinical and business goals. The successful candidate will deliver data-driven insights and key performance indicators to support our program's strategy. They must synthesize strategic insights for leadership, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, solve new problems, and prioritize deliverables based on value. They must exhibit independent judgment, leverage subject matter experts, and influence executive decision-making with strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in healthcare, wellness, or population health analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Public Health, Data Science).
- Familiarity with clinical data, claims, EMR, or pharmacy data.
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning.
