As a Technology & Cyber Resilience Risk Senior Manager within PNC's Technololgy Risk organization, you will be based in either: Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, Strongsville OH or Birmingham AL. Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Enterprise Cyber Recovery Program is responsible for leading the enterprise Cyber Recovery Program strategy, governance, testing, and continuous improvement efforts. This role drives recovery readiness across applications, infrastructure platforms, cloud environments, and critical data assets while ensuring alignment to enterprise resiliency objectives and regulatory expectations. This position serves as a senior subject matter expert for cyber recovery, disaster recovery, sustained recovery operations, and technology resiliency. Governs the business continuity function and lifecycle for a large business segment to ensure the organization proactively plans and effectively responds to potential crises. Plans and oversees the execution of the organizations crisis response. Leads planning and testing strategy for a large business segment. Oversees the execution of business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Acts as a subject matter expert on business continuity issues. Provides insight to the vision and direction for business continuity lifecycle planning, including the business impact analysis, risk assessment, recovery planning and recovery testing. Ensures vision and direction are in alignment with Enterprise-Wide strategy. Guides the organizations' business units through the development of their crisis management plans, ensuring they have complied with organization-wide strategies. Creates an environment of consistent and effective crisis management that protects the business, builds relationships and develops awareness and accountability for crisis management. Supervises the development and delivery of training on business continuity. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading Disaster Recovery, Sustained Recovery, Cyber Recovery, Technology Resiliency, or Infrastructure Recovery programs.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale recovery testing programs.
  • Deep understanding of application recovery, critical data asset recovery, backup recovery, replication technologies, and recovery engineering.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
  • Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep expertise in cloud recovery testing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of recovery orchestration platforms, automation tooling, and recovery runbook execution.
  • Experience with cyber recovery vault technologies and immutable backup solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulatory expectations related to resilience and recovery.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CBCP, MBCI, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee enterprise cyber recovery strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead governance, standards, policies, and testing frameworks for recovery programs.
  • Direct large-scale cyber recovery exercises and validation activities.
  • Ensure recoverability of applications, infrastructure, data assets, and cloud platforms.
  • Define enterprise recovery requirements and recovery performance objectives.
  • Oversee recovery plan development and testing across critical business services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on infrastructure recovery including: Server recovery, Virtualization recovery, Storage recovery, Database recovery, Network recovery, Cloud recovery, Identity and access recovery.
  • Drive automation and orchestration of recovery workflows.
  • Present program status and recovery readiness metrics to executive leadership.
  • Partner with Risk, Cyber Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Business Resiliency teams.
  • Support regulatory examinations, audits, and resilience assessments.
