Sr Mgr, Bus Consultant - Growth Strategy

Position Summary Leads strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth, partnering across a matrixed organization to develop multi-year plans, align stakeholders, and execute enterprise priorities. This role guides complex cross-functional workstreams, delivers data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, and plays a key role in the Medicare Advantage bid process by coordinating strategy, business decision-making, and execution to support competitive positioning, membership growth, and financial performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, health insurance, or related business functions
- Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans that drive growth and business performance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including development of materials for senior leadership
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools preferred
- Management consulting experience and/or experience in a large healthcare payer organization preferred
