About The Position

Leads strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth, partnering across a matrixed organization to develop multi-year plans, align stakeholders, and execute enterprise priorities. This role guides complex cross-functional workstreams, delivers data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, and plays a key role in the Medicare Advantage bid process by coordinating strategy, business decision-making, and execution to support competitive positioning, membership growth, and financial performance.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare, health insurance, or related business functions
Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans that drive growth and business performance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools preferred
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including development of materials for senior leadership

Nice To Haves

Management consulting experience and/or experience in a large healthcare payer organization preferred
