This role leads strategic client and account workstreams, owning complex initiatives that significantly impact business unit performance. It involves defining scope, milestones, and success measures, coordinating contributions from multiple functions without direct people leadership, and delivering improvements in revenue, margin, and client satisfaction for high-value accounts. The position also serves as a senior subject matter expert for high-value accounts on complex commercial or service topics, leading discussions to understand evolving client needs and aligning internal stakeholders on responses and solutions to sustain strong, long-term relationships and unlock new growth opportunities. Additionally, it involves diagnosing and resolving client issues that span multiple processes, systems, or stakeholder groups, analyzing root causes, designing corrective actions, and tracking results to confirm effectiveness. The role requires developing or refining account plans using financial data, customer insights, and market information to identify growth opportunities, risk areas, and coordinated actions needed from the broader account team. Finally, it involves representing the Account and Client Management perspective in strategic cross-functional projects, defining client requirements, reviewing proposed solutions, and validating that outcomes meet customer expectations.
