The Leadership Conference is seeking a Sr. Membership & Engagement Assistant to join our Membership & Engagement Department. Reporting to the VP, Membership & Engagement, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting and developing systems to accomplish a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the organization’s membership and priority issues. The Sr. Assistant will have the opportunity to help build and monitor the administrative infrastructure critical to the organization’s membership and priority issues, while also supporting outreach and engagement efforts with allied organizations. This position is an individual contributor and is a part of the collective bargaining unit. The Sr. Assistant is responsible for supporting a department responsible for leading the organization’s membership and engagement work, ensuring the administrative activities are carried out in accordance with our mission and specified objectives.
