The Sr. Member Solutions Specialist (bankruptcy) is responsible for handling all notifications, documents, calls, hearings, and legal filings related to bankruptcy when member files. They ensure Unitus meets and upholds the federal bankruptcy laws protecting our members while taking all necessary steps to protect the assets and collateral and helping to mitigate losses to the organization. They would be expected to work with members, legal counsel, trustees, and the court on a regular basis in addition to supporting the Member Solutions team with inbound calls and additional tasks as needed, ensuring our commitment for unparalleled service – the kind that creates the Unitus difference.
