Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine/medical device related majors.
  • Approximately 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical device related products.
  • Good customer management and teamwork skills.
  • Good learning and data analysis skills.
  • Willing to accept challenges and have good stress resistance.
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics product industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the company's established sales strategies, plans, goals, and budget, explore business opportunities, and complete the promotion of company products in designated areas and target hospitals/institutions.
  • Understand customer opportunities, explore and grasp customer needs, empower customers, and provide professional support and training.
  • Establish, improve, and maintain a good network of target customers.
  • Assist regional managers and cross-departmental personnel such as the marketing department in implementing the company's various projects.
  • Customize adjustments based on the characteristics of the responsible institutions/hospitals to optimize execution results.
  • Conduct business activities legally and reasonably in accordance with the code of business conduct.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
