The role works closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to advance defect elimination, risk mitigation, and asset health strategies. The company states that maintaining and promoting a safe, healthy, and injury-free environment is required for all jobs. The position leads reliability improvement and condition-monitoring efforts, develops maintenance strategies, supports capital projects and equipment design, and uses analysis and reliability modeling to improve mechanical asset performance. It also contributes to criticality assessments and lifecycle asset management strategies, prioritizing maintenance and capital investment according to risk, asset condition, and business impact. The posted compensation range is $86,600–$128,645. Posting dates are 10/21/2026–10/27/2026. Applicants must be eligible to work in the USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering in an industrial environment.
  • CMRP certification or obtain it within the first year of employment.
  • RCM training.
  • Experience implementing advanced condition-based monitoring programs.
  • Experience improving process stability to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or obtain it within the first year of employment.
  • Strong understanding of RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCFA, predictive maintenance technologies, asset health monitoring integrating equipment and process data, and the effects of process variability and control on equipment life.
  • Proficiency in reliability modeling, including Weibull and fault tree analysis; SPC; and data-driven problem solving.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems, MS Office, MS Project, and Minitab.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and process documentation.
  • Strong collaboration between Maintenance and Operations; ability to influence operating practices and protect asset health; systems thinking focused on end-to-end asset performance; and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
