About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role will lead the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of commercial HVAC products and systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in industrial ventilation, process cooling/heating, and contamination control, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of HVAC engineering experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex industrial systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- In-depth knowledge of large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC systems is preferred.
