The Senior Marketing Manager, Product-Led Growth for ChartSwap Insights will own the end-to-end PLG motion for the product — from acquisition through activation, adoption, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and is accountable for moving users efficiently through a self-serve funnel, deepening product engagement, and converting usage signals into revenue. Where traditional demand gen ends at the MQL, this role goes further: instrumenting the full customer lifecycle, designing in-product and out-of-product touchpoints that drive activation and feature adoption, and partnering with Sales and CS on upsell motions grounded in real product usage data. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the PLG growth engine for ChartSwap Insights. There may be future opportunities to scale the function as the product and its motion mature.
