About The Position

The Sr. Marketing Manager, Lead Management role (Contract Position) is responsible for supporting marketing and sales alignment through effective lead management, reporting, and process optimization. This role ensures timely delivery of performance insights, accurate tracking of marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement of lead management tools and workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or CRM/lead management roles.
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Demonstrated expertise in mid-bottom funnel campaign management, from strategy development to execution and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.
  • This is a temporary position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead imports and ensure accurate assignment and timely follow-up within CRM systems.
  • Support nurture workflows and lead tracking across marketing campaigns and events.
  • Ensure compliance with established SLAs and maintain high data integrity throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Participate in marketing and cross-functional syncs to share updates, progress, and insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to review lead performance and discuss process improvements.
  • Support ongoing communication around lead generation, qualification, and tool enhancement initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute regular lead and campaign performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze marketing and lead data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure accuracy and consistency across all lead data sources.
  • Track and evaluate program performance metrics, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
  • Contribute to the documentation and optimization of lead management workflows and SOPs.
  • Support enhancements to marketing tools and systems, including testing, adoption, and training.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline reporting and improve data flow between marketing and sales platforms.
