About The Position

AuthZed is seeking a Senior Demand Generation and Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive high-quality top-of-funnel growth and convert leads into engaged prospects and customers. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns - including paid media, email programs, events, webinars, and nurture journeys - to build pipeline for our Sales team. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations to align on goals, execute effective campaigns, and report on performance. This is a key role shaping AuthZed’s growth engine.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot
  • Experience working in a B2B software marketing team
  • Hands-on expertise in paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and multi-touch funnel optimization
  • Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales and low-touch self-serve motions (emphasis on high-touch sales/Enterprise and Midmarket)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Build new and improve existing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, ABM, and/or sponsored publisher channels
  • Help manage paid digital strategy to assist in building sales pipeline by driving high quality leads to our Sales team
  • Leverage the customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs that will lead customer prospects through the sales funnel (inquiry through closed-won)
  • Manage marketing programs in HubSpot for email campaigns, event promotion, event follow up, drip email nurture series, webinars, and content
  • Work closely with content and design teams to create landing pages for webinar, event registration and gated content
  • Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them
  • Analyze email, webinar, and campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement, and sharing insights across the team
  • Create and orchestrate prospect-facing campaigns across multiple audiences and channels
  • Create reports that measure the impact of your campaigns, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics to maximize their impact
  • Build repeatable, scalable playbooks and processes that turn experiments and campaigns into predictable pipeline growth
  • Work closely with sales to develop ABM specific campaigns targeted to region
  • Own the events calendar and manage sponsored events aligned with AuthZed’s ICP
  • Lead event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI
  • Experience managing/planning/coordinating owned and third-party events
