About The Position

Your Home Improvement Company, part of the Great Day Improvements (GDI) Family of Brands, is seeking a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead local partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing initiatives that drive high-quality lead generation across our family of brands. This role works closely with senior leadership to develop scalable programs that support growth in all markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in field marketing, event marketing, or outside sales
  • Proven ability to build and scale grassroots marketing programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Budget management and reporting experience
  • Ability to lead, train, and inspire field marketing teams
  • Comfortable demonstrating products and engaging directly with customers
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using a personal vehicle
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel nationally for training, events, and market support as needed

  • Experience in construction, home improvement, or lead generation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and manage local partnerships, retail events, trade shows, and grassroots marketing efforts
  • Work collaboratively with the Sr. Marketing & Media Manager, Regional Managers, and Regional Sales Managers
  • Develop and implement replicable local marketing programs and training structures
  • Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
  • Engage homeowners directly to generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
  • Conduct neighborhood marketing in areas with recently completed projects
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of field marketers across multiple locations
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
  • Review and approve payroll entries and updates
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching
  • Support content creation, social media initiatives, and company culture efforts
  • Assist with corporate marketing projects as needed
