The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, under the general direction of the VP, Marketing & Brand Strategy, will collaborate closely with the bank's executive team, branch personnel, and internal and external stakeholders to create and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels. In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives & campaigns that support the bank’s strategic priorities. This position will build, refine and execute a digital marketing strategy and will oversee the following channels: CentrevilleBank.com, digital paid media, email, and marketing campaigns embedded within iBanking (Centreville Bank’s post-login online & mobile banking). The Marketing Manager will be responsible for contributing to brand awareness, customer acquisition & retention goals.
