This is a net new strategic role responsible for shaping Omnicell’s inorganic growth agenda. You will evaluate market gaps, emerging adjacencies, and external opportunities to determine where Omnicell should invest, partner, or pursue acquisition. The focus is not on running transactions. The focus is on identifying high-value opportunities, developing the strategic rationale, and informing leadership decisions before opportunities move into corporate development. This is a strategy-first role. Heavy market segmentation, synthesis, and recommendation. High visibility with leadership.
