We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies that promote the use, nurturing of potential clients, upselling, and optimal integration of patients for our preventive health services. The multidisciplinary marketing team focuses on collective success through its highly collaborative approach. By focusing on the business-to-consumer market of TELUS Health Clinics, we integrate various functions – including lifecycle and core marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing – to effectively drive demand and maximize service utilization. Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare environment, marketing in the employee benefits sector, and current TELUS teams and resources
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of business-to-consumer marketing experience, with a strong focus on one-on-one communications and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience in increasing product adoption, intensity, and utilization
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, SFMC, and HubSpot
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high-value projects
  • Adaptability: comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving: ability to pivot and find new, innovative solutions
  • Team spirit: excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with members of different teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and leading cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life
  • Basic knowledge of English is required, as you will most often interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners); interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English computer environment as part of the tasks related to this position, which has a national scope.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase the use of preventive health services to re-engage current patients and inactive clients through one-on-one communications.
  • Welcome new patients and potential clients through successful onboarding sessions that send personalized communications.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, report on campaign performance, establish lifecycle metrics, and optimize the experience.
  • Collaborate with a digital marketing strategist on lead generation campaigns to improve digital marketing conversion rates.
  • Design targeted campaigns to foster upselling opportunities with current patients.
  • Develop and implement strategic client launch and employee utilization programs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for new lifecycle initiatives to improve service adoption and retention.
