About The Position
As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will support manufacturing operations by applying technical expertise to maintain high-quality production processes and products. You will work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain manufacturing systems and equipment. The role is based onsite in Glendale, Arizona, and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager. Your work will affect manufacturing efficiency and quality, support the Aero business unit, and help meet customer demands.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in aerospace production.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
- Experience with manufacturing tools and machinery, and possibly automation systems relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or have protected status under asylum or refugee due to U.S. export control laws.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with quality management systems such as AS9100.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.
