About The Position

As a Sr Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will support manufacturing operations by applying technical expertise to ensure high-quality production processes and products. You will work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain manufacturing systems and equipment. The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager and is based onsite in Glendale, Arizona. Your work will affect manufacturing efficiency and quality, support the Aero business unit, and help meet customer demands.

Requirements

Extensive experience in manufacturing environments, particularly aerospace production.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
Experience with manufacturing tools, machinery, and possibly automation systems relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar high-precision manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with quality management systems such as AS9100.
Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
