The Senior Manager will lead Red Bull’s sales efforts across all national 7-Eleven field sales and oversee a team of Regional Sales Managers to execute Red Bull’s Convenience & Gas strategies and objectives at more than 12,500 7-Eleven stores. Core responsibilities include coaching and developing direct reports; managing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while building strong business relationships; and creating joint business plans with senior leaders across 7-Eleven zones, regions, and markets. This person will lead cross-functional collaboration within Red Bull North America and coordinate with multiple groups—including Trade Marketing, Distribution, and Regional Leadership—as well as regional teams to ensure retailer goals and objectives are met. They will also be responsible for ongoing analysis of the total 7-Eleven business, including evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and programs. This role can be based anywhere in the Northeast, Southeast, or Midwest and must be near a major airport.
