About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Executive Support, Collaboration Platforms, and Unified Communications Services (UCS). This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, “white-glove” experience for executives, ensuring reliability of collaboration tools, and driving operational excellence across enterprise communication services. This role is based in our Denver office, and will require being in the office full time, 5 days per week.

Requirements

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT operations, workplace technology, or collaboration/UC services
Minimum of three (3) years of people leadership experience
Experience supporting executives/VIP users
Strong background in collaboration platforms and/or unified communications
Experience with automation, ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and ITIL practices preferred

Responsibilities

Lead Executive/VIP support with high-touch service, rapid incident response, and meeting/event readiness
Own collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, conferencing tools) including reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement
Manage Unified Communications Services including voice, video, conferencing, and meeting room technologies
Drive AI, automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce ServiceDesk dependency and improve user experience
Establish operational metrics (SLA/SLO, MTTR, CSAT) and lead incident, problem, and change management practices
Partner with Security, Network, and Compliance teams to ensure governance and reliability
Lead vendor management, and roadmap execution for workplace technologies
Build and develop a high-performing team
