About The Position

Disney Direct to Consumer (DTC) includes industry-leading streaming services such as Disney+ and Hulu, delivering world-class entertainment experiences across general entertainment, live sports, and third-party distribution partnerships. The Viewer Experience (VX) organization is responsible for ensuring these experiences are delivered consistently and at scale across global markets. This requires strong lifecycle leadership, cross-functional coordination, and clear ownership of complex, high-impact viewer journeys. The Senior Manager, VX Partnerships Life Cycle (Global) role provides global functional leadership for partnership-driven viewer experiences, spanning third-party billing models and sports-adjacent journeys across regions. The Viewer Experience team is seeking a Senior Manager to own the global lifecycle strategy and outcomes for Partnerships viewers experience, with accountability for experience quality, operational performance, and cross-regional consistency. While reporting into the Director, VX Partner Management, Americas, this role operates at a global level, leading 2 professionals, shaping lifecycle strategy, and guiding execution across multiple related teams and regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Customer Experience, Lifecycle Operations, or related leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading others who lead and manage outcomes across multiple related teams
  • Strong executive presence, with experience influencing senior and global stakeholders
  • Comprehensive understanding of lifecycle KPIs, VOC, escalation management, and experience optimization
  • Proven ability to balance strategy, planning, and execution in a global, matrixed environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Provide global leadership for the end-to-end lifecycle experience of viewers acquired through third-party distribution models
  • Define global lifecycle priorities, success metrics, and experience standards aligned to DTC objectives
  • Develop global functional plans for Partnerships lifecycle experience, including priorities, sequencing, and focus areas
  • Provide leadership for lifecycle experiences impacted by live sports and time-sensitive events with heightened visibility and complexity
  • Partner with Sports, Product, and Business teams to ensure VX is embedded in planning, launches, live event readiness, and retrospectives
  • Lead and develop Managers and other teams, providing clarity of direction, coaching, and performance accountability
