About the Team: The Field Operations team is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of Cyberhawk's field services across North America. Working closely with Project Management, Planning, Technical Delivery, and Data Delivery, the team ensures our field personnel, equipment, and operational systems are prepared to consistently deliver exceptional results for our customers. The Senior Manager, Field Operations provides leadership across Operations, Equipment, and Aviation Safety & Training, creating a unified approach to operational readiness, field execution, and continuous improvement. About the Role: As the Senior Manager, Field Operations, you will lead the operational engine that enables Cyberhawk's field teams to execute safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will be responsible for building a high-performing leadership team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the organization has the people, equipment, training, and processes necessary to support continued growth. This is a highly collaborative leadership role that partners closely with Project Management, Planning, Data & Technical Delivery, and leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational success. You'll play a key role in developing scalable operating models, improving organizational performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years managing leaders or multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed field operations or service organizations.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational performance through process improvement and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, operational execution, and organizational performance.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through change.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial and commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer expectations, operational performance, and business objectives.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the US with high fluency in English.
  • Be able to access the Golden, CO office on a regular basis and when required.
  • Some travel to project sites required.
  • The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and reference check during the onboarding process.

Nice To Haves

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
  • Experience within utility inspection, aviation, energy, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Experience leading large field service organizations.
  • Knowledge of aviation safety management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience implementing operational technologies, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting rapid organizational growth or organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all US field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution across customer programs.
  • Provide leadership and development for the Operations Manager, Equipment Manager, and Aviation, Safety & Training Manager.
  • Establish and maintain operational standards that support scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Drive workforce readiness by ensuring personnel, aircraft, vehicles, and equipment are available to meet customer demand.
  • Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.
  • Develop, monitor, and improve key operational performance indicators including productivity, utilization, fleet availability, safety performance, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Project Management to ensure successful execution of customer commitments and operational support for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Planning to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Support the implementation of new aircraft, sensors, software platforms, operational technologies, and systems in partnership with Data & Technical Delivery.
  • Lead operational response during significant incidents, customer escalations, and business-critical events.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and standardize operations across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the field organization.
