About The Position

The Senior Manager Transformation is accountable for leading market-level execution and business enablement across sourcing programs. This role will support global transformation programs focused on modernizing how the company purchases goods and services and manages contracts—driving greater efficiency, consistency, and better ways of working across markets. As a Senior Manager (G5), this role operates with significant autonomy and judgment, acting as the primary execution and enablement lead for the market and a key partner to the Business Lead.

Requirements

  • 7+ years leading complex enterprise programs or transformations
  • Proven ability to lead interdependent workstreams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong execution discipline, risk management, and executive communication skills

  • Experience in Source-to-Pay, Indirect Procurement, CLM, or adjacent domains preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage market-level execution across Indirect Sourcing & Procurement and Cost Optimization ensuring aligned plans, milestones, and outcomes involving large-scale, cross-functional transformation across processes, technology, and teams
  • Assist with developing the indirect procurement governance model (intake, approvals, thresholds, escalation paths)
  • Drive execution across design, deployment, and hypercare, anticipating and resolving conflicts
  • Lead business impact assessments across process, policy, roles, systems, and operating models
  • Steward indirect procurement policies, standards, and playbooks, aligned to enterprise requirements.
  • Ensure consistent application of sourcing, contracting, and supplier risk standards across functions.
  • Partner with key departments on compliance and controls
  • Ensure end-to-end readiness including testing participation, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare
  • Act as the bridge between the business and IS&P, ensuring governance feels enabling—not bureaucratic.
  • Lead business readiness, education, and change messaging for new ways of buying
  • Lead and coordinate SME inputs across sourcing, procurement, legal/CLM, finance/AP, IT, and change
  • Oversight/project management of a team of indirect reports, completing negotiations to track system savings
  • Represent the market in global program forums and ensure local needs are addressed
  • Proactively manage risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints
  • Surface trade-offs and decision points to enable timely senior leader decisions
  • Deliver clear, executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and decisions required
  • Capture and share lessons learned to improve future deployment waves
