The Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for overseeing and evolving enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and equity programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and scalable total rewards programs that support enterprise goals and enhance the team member experience. The position includes ownership of compensation structures, benefits administration, equity compensation programs, and leave of absence programs, currently across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in North American total rewards, strong analytical and operational skills, and experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working in Workday HCM is highly desirable. This position will work closely with leaders and team members across departments, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day business partner responsibilities. This is an in-office position with a 3/2 hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The culture emphasizes partnership, accountability, and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration and innovation across the organization. The position primarily operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing tools. It requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to communicate effectively both in person and virtually. Travel will be required for meetings, training sessions, or business events, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. This is a regular full-time, salaried role with a base salary range of $120,000–$130,000/year and eligibility for a short‑term incentive target of 15% of base salary, plus flex time off within established guidelines and a comprehensive benefits package
