This role is for a Sr Manager, Tools & Outdoor Strategy within the Tools & Outdoor team, operating as a hybrid employee. The position involves leading the development, execution, and refinement of long-term growth strategies aligned with organizational vision and objectives. The role owns the end-to-end strategic planning process, developing recommendations for future enhancements and engaging cross-functional partners. Key responsibilities include establishing and tracking KPIs, synthesizing and communicating complex strategic priorities across multiple brands and regions, analyzing market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities and threats, managing yearly competitive analysis, fostering cross-functional collaboration, identifying and mitigating risks, partnering with the Strategy & Insights Team for situation analysis, and leading change management efforts.
