About The Position

As a Sr Manager, Tools & Outdoor Strategy, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to lead the development, execution, and refinement of long-term growth strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives. You will own the end-to-end strategic planning process, developing recommendations for future enhancements and engaging cross-functional partners. You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic success across priorities. You will synthesize and communicate complex strategic priorities spanning multiple brands and regions to senior leadership and internal teams. You will analyze market trends, competitor actions, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities and threats. You will manage and optimize yearly competitive analysis, soliciting input from stakeholders across all functions. You will foster cross-functional collaboration for seamless implementation of strategic initiatives. You will identify and mitigate risks to safeguard strategic initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation. You will partner with internal Strategy & Insights Team to develop standardized views for situation analysis. You will lead change management efforts, developing training and support materials to enable successful organizational transitions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing long-term strategies across cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, financial drivers, and industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
