Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
12+ years of experience with a minimum 2 years as team lead/supervisor.
Strong full life cycle Program Management experience.
Be able to drive program management initiatives while understanding the environment and scope of the program.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
Regulatory certification experiences.
Governance, cadence, and executive level reporting with regulatory technology industry experience required.
Understand the components of the AI development lifecycle from both a development and GTM perspective.
Experience driving efficiencies through AI and work history in automation and digital transformation.
Experience with production agile flow processes and standard tool sets such as JIRA/Confluence and the MS Office Suite.
Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges, expert in risk management practices.

Responsibilities

Leading the end to end execution of complex, cross enterprise technology regulatory initiatives, translating evolving regulatory and policy requirements into actionable, integrated delivery plans.
Driving alignment across products, engineering, ODM/JDM partners, test labs, legal, compliance, finance, and operations to ensure timely, compliant outcomes while proactively identifying and mitigating risk across key dimensions including revenue impact, product and market compliance, delivery timelines, and dependency management.
Owning governance, cadence, and executive level reporting, maintaining a holistic risk and issue management framework, and ensuring regulatory commitments are met without compromising business objectives or customer outcomes.
Applying in-depth Regulatory certification experience and having a strong background in AI-driven transformation and digital automation technologies with a track record of applying them to deliver measurable value in complex enterprise solutions.
Functional leadership of program management teams with possible direct supervision of level 1, 2 and senior PM’s. Independently drives team growth and development plans and supports individual’s execution of development activities such as training, mentorships, and guiding growth opportunities for high potentials.
Executing multiple limited scope projects simultaneously or a large program with senior manager’s guidance utilizing modern project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
Driving execution of solutions inclusive of concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance to our Application Lifecycle Management framework.
Translating customer problems into solution requirements.
Leading system integration planning, release management, and planning for demonstrations, proof of concepts and pilots.
Leading creating cross functional workstreams and driving execution for sales enablement, development and deployment.
Independently building relationships and working across all relevant areas of the solution business including Sales, Services, IT, Finance, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support.
Working independently with business in defining proof of value and customer’s return on investment.
Organizing and presenting business, technical and program reviews/status to Senior Leadership using digital media, dashboards and JIRA agile project management tools.
Independently executing to program plan and budgets for multiple, large projects. Recommending corrective actions and implementing changes. Identifying and mitigating risks; developing and implementing risk mitigation plans. Owning ensuring alignment from key leaders of milestone achievement before moving the program forward.
May lead multiple limited to moderate scope projects simultaneously, or manage a larger program directly. Programs may be moderate to complex in nature or one large program with cross-functional teams in numerous locations and time zones.
Being recognized as an "expert" in the business function and processes in which the program is operating.
Motivating a project team to ensure solutions are reliable and of quality, in a highly collaborative fashion.
Demonstrating the ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution. Balancing scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business. Understanding the business objectives of the program and assuming personal accountability for success of the program against those objectives.
Independently coordinating deliverables and project assets to assist the project team. Personally, anticipating and addressing obstacles or issues that are moderate to significant in severity and escalating complex issues to management for assistance. Independently engaging additional resources as needed to address obstacles or delays. Adjusting the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced.
Demonstrating advanced understanding of development processes and product launch scope and activities.
Supporting early stage go to market activities and transition to marketing.
Developing and protecting intellectual property; being well versed with IP fundamentals.
Exploring and understanding competitive landscape in both product and business terms.
Defining strategic initiatives to align the business to agile product development.
Working closely with Portfolio Management to ensure strategic goals align and are represented in the innovation feature roadmap. Assisting in the development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
