About The Position

This role leads the team behind the AI platforms the whole enterprise relies on — the GenAI tools people use every day and the coding platforms our engineers build on — and the enterprise's self-service AI chat agents for Tier 1 IT and HR support. This is one of the highest-impact roles in the organization. These platforms are how the company gets work done and how our engineers ship code, and we're not dipping our toes in — we're leading the way with a platform of choice, so people reach for the best tool rather than the only one. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required)
4-7+ years Product Management.
5+ years' experience of product management in an agile software development environment.
3+ years' experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of technological products.

Responsibilities

Lead the team running the GenAI platforms, gateway, models, and cost — and the enterprise self-service AI chat agents.
Build and maintain the enterprise self-service agents — AI chat agents for Tier 1 IT and HR support — against business-owner requirements: they own the experience, your team builds.
Operate the self-service chat-agent portfolio — agent onboarding, hand-off quality, prompt cost, and entry points (mobile, Teams, intranet) — as it grows toward one front door for employee self-service.
Own the platform-of-choice strategy — multiple best-in-class platforms so people use the right tool for the job.
Own the end-to-end experience across platforms, and hold it to the Un-carrier bar.
Own platform reliability, security posture, and cost across the footprint.
Develop and maintain key internal partnerships to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs and foster cross-functional collaboration
Mentor team members by providing coaching and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Oversee the creation and delivery of executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
