About The Position

The Senior Manager, Talent Marketing serves as the talent leader for UDX Center of Excellence (COE) talent attraction, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide talent marketing initiatives that strengthen the employer brand, increase candidate engagement, and support workforce planning objectives across multiple business segments. As a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and business leadership, this position establishes best practices, drives consistency in recruitment marketing and candidate experience standards, and ensures alignment of talent attraction strategies across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years progressive experience in managing talent marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing in a large-scale corporate environment required.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience required.
  • Experience in high volume environments and understanding of the nuances of talent acquisition for a varied, fast–paced, dynamic workforce predominantly made up of highly technical professionals.
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment technology and process management including the selection of relevant applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience developing enterprise-wide talent attraction, employer branding, and candidate experience strategies.
  • Knowledge and proven successful experience with search firms, applicant tracking systems (including reporting), job board aggregators, recruiting process management and social media recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction marketing best practices, recruitment advertising channels, SEO fundamentals, social recruiting strategies, Appcast/AppFeeders and talent marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing external agencies, recruitment marketing vendors, and advertising partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources (or a related field) is preferred.
  • Previous experiences in a high-volume recruitment function for a large corporation or a start up with significant growth is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of workforce planning and global scaling for talent strategies, and strong understanding of OFCCP requirements and current employment laws/regulations.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization; drive adoption of standardized processes across diverse business units.
  • Strong consulting and change management skills with the ability to balance enterprise governance with business-specific needs.
  • Ability to prioritize project management activities with the drive, energy and follow-through necessary to achieve results while thriving in a rapid-paced, changing business environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills- written, verbal, and listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized talent attraction strategies, processes, toolkits, and governance models across multiple business segments. Establish best practices and scalable frameworks to ensure consistency in employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and attraction initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align attraction strategies while balancing unique business needs with enterprise standards. Connect with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent & Culture, and business leaders to ensure a consistent employment brand across all candidate touchpoints.
  • Lead the activation and ongoing evolution of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Measure employer brand effectiveness through engagement, awareness, and candidate perception metrics. Serve as the primary strategic liaison for external talent marketing and employer brand partners, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise talent attraction objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide direction and consultation on strategic and emerging staffing trends, market insights, and workforce analysis. Leverage social media channels to identify top talent reaching strategies. Support inclusive recruiting initiatives by developing and implementing workforce plans, forecasting capabilities and a talent pipeline strategy. Identify and implement new external partnerships that support talent attraction objectives.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle. Evaluate candidate feedback, recruitment processes, and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to ensure candidate communications, recruiting events, and employer branding efforts support a seamless and authentic candidate journey.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
