  • Fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools.

  • Influential across the business and confident collaborating at all levels.
  • Passionate about building community and understanding how communications drive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an employer brand marketing plan, covering the entire employee lifecycle from first contact through exit interview and alumni groups, segmented by industry (energy, manufacturing, digital infrastructure, cloud services).
  • Manage company awards submissions to increase brand awareness, attract top talent, and solidify employee sentiment.
  • Conduct content audits, and create and maintain content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, third-party sites, and internal communications.
  • Develop an employer brand marketing playbook to extend the team's reach and empower every employee to be an employer brand ambassador globally.
  • Ensure the employer brand is expressed in physical spaces through appropriate messaging.
  • Implement easy-to-use mechanisms for gathering employee feedback.
  • Develop and track surveys and metrics to measure output and outcome, and improve engagement scores.
  • Participate in the annual leadership summit planning team to ensure strategic alignment and communication of the high-performance culture.

Benefits

  • Hourly range of $93.00 - $112.00/hr.
  • Compensation determined by applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
